Zumba

Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and merengue music feels more like a dance party than a workout, which is exactly what makes Zumba so popular. It is one of the most popular group exercise classes in the world.

Zumba is an interval workout. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.

Boxing

Old Age Class

Experts recommend that older adults engage in:
• Moderate exercise for at least 30 minutes five days a week.
• Muscle-strengthening activities for two or more days a week that work all major muscle groups.

Functional Classes

Functional Classes may include high-intensity functional training, in which you do a variety of functional movements at a high intensity. Exercises may include aerobic exercises, body weight movements and weightlifting. Exercise tools, such as fitness balls, kettlebells and weights, are often used in functional fitness workouts.

Functional exercises tend to use multiple joints and numerous muscles. Instead of only moving the elbows, for example, a functional exercise might involve the elbows, shoulders, spine, hips, knees and ankles.

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility.

Body Pump is the group fitness class designed for maximizing results and minimizing burnout. This 60-minute class is the original full-body barbell workout that utilized weight room classics like squats, presses, lifts, and curls to engage every muscle in your body.

It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.

Bollywood Dance

Bollywood dance is very high energy and upbeat with movement that boosts oxygen supply to key muscles, providing great aerobic exercise and improving muscular resistance over time.

Spinning Classes

In spin class, you pedal along on a stationary bike as the instructor guides you through a visualization of an outdoor workout. The pace and speed will vary throughout the workout, sometimes requiring break-neck speed, and other times pedaling happens from a slow, standing position.
